Palo Verde at Sun Lakes is an exciting adult community offering an abundance of recreation, dining and entertainment activities.
GOLF: Cottonwood Country Club boasts a challenging but fair and well-manicured par 72 Championship style golf course. Sun Lakes has 5 courses designed for golfers of all different abilities. Palo Verde also has a championship private golf course.
RECREATION: Activities for EVERYONE! Billiards, Bocce Ball, Pickleball, Monthly Activities Calendar, Swimming, Tennis, and so much more!
RESTAURANTS: Choose from a variety of 4 different Club Houses to dine.
VISIT SunLakesofArizona to learn more about all five communities: Cottonwood, Ironwood, Oakwood, Palo Verde, and Sun Lakes 1.
For bookings of 30 days or more: there is an electricity cap of $200 granted per month, and guests will be responsible for any overages during their stay.

We had an amazing weekend stay at this Sun Lakes home! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The layout was perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor space was a huge bonus—ideal for enjoying the Arizona weather. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming, and everything we needed was close by. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Palo Verde on Flame Tree was exceptional. The house was clean, spacious, and located conveniently close to a park/walking path. We found the availability of a golf cart to be a great way to navigate to the nearby Country Club, restaurant, and pool.The house was equipped with all the basics, and the hosts provided clear and useful information. We would stay here again!

This home was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully laid out — from the welcoming living and dining area to the well‑equipped kitchen that opens to the family room. The primary suite was relaxing with its walk‑in closet and double‑sink bathroom, and the additional bedrooms were perfect for the kids. We especially loved enjoying our mornings on the covered back patio overlooking the scenery. A truly lovely place to stay!

Really nice place to stay the neighborhood was really nice.
My husband and I were very happy with our extended stay at 26219 S Flametree. In fact, we were so thrilled with it that we are renting it again in the fall. The attention to detail and comfort afforded by this rental are outstanding: golf cart availability, 3 bedrooms, reverse osmosis drinking water, east-facing patio (perfect for entertaining), walking path directly outside the backyard gate, new grill, and, one of my favorites, a huge laundry room. The location is perfect and the owners are conscientious!
