I gave my review a great rating for the following reasons. There were some things in this unit that needed fixing. Stefanie was receptive to our concerns and sent Griffins from the maintenance crew over to repair these things. We were most grateful. Then when there was an issue with the wi fi it was also taken care of. We have booked vacation rentals with Elite for the last four years and have not been disappointed!
