This is a smoke-free property. Violations result in a $300 fee and liability for any damages. A/C cannot be set below 70°F. Electricity cap applies for stays over 30 nights. Guests have access to 24/7 care and concierge service. We report and prosecute credit card fraud. No pets. No smoking. 30-night minimum stay.
