El Parque Tempe

It smells and feels brand new, with beautiful design that make it both stylish and comfortable. The backyard is incredible and made our trip. It was peaceful during the day and relaxing at night. Everything worked, everything was spotless, and checkin/out was easy. It’s the kind of home you hope to find for a rental but rarely do. Highly recommend!

What a gem we found! This freshly updated house was spotless and had all the essentials we needed. The best part... The amazing backyard with its cool mural and awesome pool - we practically lived out there! Super comfy inside and out, we definitely picked a winner for our stay!

We stayed here for a week and the house was perfect for what we needed. We absolutely loved spending time in the backyard. The house was clean and so comfortable. We spent a lot of time in scottsdale and it was less than a $10 ride to get everywhere. Highly recommend this spot!

The house was very well appointed, and our family had a great stay there. We spent most of the time at the house by the pool. We liked the location since it was close to all the activities we wanted to do. It was close to some busy roads, but we barely noticed the street noise. We enjoyed the outside seating as well and ate all our meals out by the pool. Overall, we were very pleased with the El Parque house.

This house is 100x better than pictured! This is the most homey rental I have stayed at. All of the furniture is super comfortable and very well decorated. The master bed is one of the best sleeps I have had! I have stayed at a plenty of places with terrible pillows and all rooms had a memory foam and other pillow option. The kitchen has everything we needed and more. To top it off the backyard is out of this world! The pool was so enjoyable, we simply didn’t want to leave this yard. We look forward to coming back soon!

This house is perfect for entertaining! There are plenty of activities onsite to keep guests of all ages happy, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The ASU campus is literally up the road. The proximity to freeways makes it easy to visit anywhere in the Phoenix Metro valley, yet is very close to the airport. The property management is efficient and professional and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend.

Everything it said it would be. Easy to check in, place was clean and everything worked as promised. Definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a solid place in Tempe that sleeps 5+ people very comfortably. House is close to a lot of good eats, right off the freeway as well. I'd stay again when in the area.

Excellent location and very well maintained. All up to date appliances and the backyard is phenomenal!

Staying here was so awesome and convenient for me and my family. Close to everything we needed in the phoenix area. It’s was well decorated, amenities were on point, appliances are updated and awesome tv’s!
