Step inside this Mesa spectacular home.  Large open entry with vaulted ceilings makes this home spacious and inviting.  The game room with a pool table and shuffleboard, bar seating for playing with family and friends and a large TV so you can catch the game.  It should be noted that the Game Room 2 is in the garage with ping pong, basketball and foosball.  The dining room is also attached to the indoor game room which seats everyone comfortably for a meal, but also doubles as a game table for puzzles, a game table just a gathering spot.  Further into the home you will find an open concept kitchen and living room with large windows letting in lots of light from the oasis of a backyard.  The kitchen is designed for the chef in the group.  Upgraded appliances such as SubZero and Wolf and lots of cooking a prep space.  Tons of storage.  Breakfast bar, kitchen nook seating and lets not forget about the wine fridge and built in cappuccino machine.  
Down the hall you will find the Primary Suite.  King sized comfort with luxury linens making this retreat the perfect place to wind down or sleep in a little.  There is a massive TV and seating area too.  The Primary Spa bath has a soaker tub, double sinks, a walk in shower and closet.  So much space, really speaks to the comfort of the people lucky enough to call this room theirs for the trip.  Bedroom 2 has is also a King room with TV and large closet.  Bedroom 3 has a King, TV and is another private space.  Bedroom 4 is large and has 4 queen beds, 2 sets of bunk beds.  Perfect for anyone, especially kids and teens.  This home has superfast wifi, streaming cable including sports, and indoor laundry room and 3 car garage.

Outside the backyard is enchanting.  The covered patio and seating area surrounding the heated large pool, the covered dining for 14 and BBQ.  There is a large grassy area for more outdoor fun with the family, like corn hole and croquet.  Grab a glass of wine and enjoy the outdoor fireplace in the evenings.  Lounge poolside and take in the beautiful and warm Arizona sunshine.

WOOF!  This home is dog friendly.  A total of one dog will be welcome for $25 per night pet fee or for those guests staying 30+ nights the pet fee is reduced to $10 per night.

Elite Weather Pool Heater Guarantee: 

Splash. Thinking of booking November-April?  The weather in Arizona can be quite volatile this time of year.  There may be soaring heats over 100 degrees or temps that can drop below 50 degrees.  This home is equipped with a heat pump, reel and cover.  The heat pump that is responsible for heating the pool is at full efficiency if the weather stays above 50 degrees allowing the pool to get to a comfortable swimming temp of 85 degrees. Rest assured; we are looking out for you.  Should you want the pool heated, please book with that option now.  The pool heat fee is optional, but please let us know if it is your intention to swim.  As your reservation date approaches, we will be in touch should we find the temps heading below 50 degrees (approximately 1 week before arrival) and you can make a final decision if you wish the pool to be heated based on weather conditions. We can refund the pool heat fees should you be concerned about not being able to enjoy this amenity as intended. 

This pool is equipped with a heated pool and pool heating is optional.  The cost for pool heat is $65 per day.  Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round.  

City Code Enforcement:

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. 

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Air Conditioning:  Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.
