This is the top floor, so you can not hear anyone walking above.
The open kitchen layout is also fully equipped with everything you'll need and features a coffee maker, electric cook-top stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. The dining area comfortably seats 6 and is adjacent to the living room for easy conversation and mingling.
An in suite full size front loading washer and dryer is conveniently located in this condo and the comfortable over-sized leather couch with a chaise lounge in the living room, ensures plenty of room for everyone to relax. The living room also opens onto the private balcony making an excellent place just to relax.

Easy to find, well maintained and clean condo, fully stocked, many amenities nearby. Scottsdale is about 25 minutes away. Checkin and checkout instructions very easy to follow. Fast Wi-fi and 3 TV's in unit, so kids could watch there shows in a separate room. Pool is a 2 minute walk and has the mist feature which made it great on the hot days. Three spacious bedrooms, large kitchen, great sitting area makes this an easy decision over staying at a hotel. BBQ was clean including the utensils. Spare propate bbq tank was also a nice touch. Pictures are an accurate portrayal of the unit. Our family would definitely stay here again and will recommend our friends to stay here as well.

Fully Stocked place. Place was clean and bed furnishings were immaculate. HULU was great to watch World Cup! Three TV's in the unit. No issues with anything. Pools were heated. Condo easy to find. Perfect weather and great golf. Will stay there again when I visit Phoenix!!

My family and I were in Phoenix first two weeks of April 2022. Typically we would stay at a hotel, but decided to contact the Elite team and they set us up with this place in Coyote Landing. We will not look back and regret this decision. This place had everything we needed. TV in the family room, TV in the main bedroom, fully stocked kitchen (even had a Ninja Blender that we used daily for Smoothies!!). The 2 pools were fantastic and kids had a blast. We really liked that this condo was on top floor, so we never heard anyone above us!! Place was clean, bbq was awesome (even had a spare propane tank), patio was private and bedding was fantastic... Nothing to complain about this place!! If you like golfing, there are multiple courses for all skill levels within 25 minutes. Suggestions would be Ocotillo, Las Sendas, Dinosaur Mountain. My only concern is that this trip was not long enough!!!! I will definitely be contacting the Elite team and staying here again in November 2022.

Only issue was that it was on the 3rd floor. But, hey we are in a little better shape after our stay. The condo was very roomy and clean. We enjoyed setting on the balcony in the mornings. The beds were comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen. Straight shot on Southern to Superstitious Mall. Security gate to get into the complex. Definitely would stay there again.

We loved our time here! From booking, confirmation, questions during our stay...we were completely satisfied! Unit had everything we needed and complex amenities and people were great too. Quiet 'neighborhood' but with friendly people and everything well maintained. Overall great experience from start to finish!

The unit was very clean. The beds were great to sleep on. Just bring your clothes to wear . Everything else is there. Everything was working. TV's and cable more then adequate. Whirlpool and pools very nice. Coyote Landing is kept up very well and tenants our friendly. Elite Vacations Rentals Staff especially, Stephanie and Brendan very good at customer service and respond promptly.

Great condo. Very clean. Top floor so no noise coming from upper floors. Great privacy. Pools are excellent. 2 minutes off a major hiway. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to the ELITE team for making my stay trouble free. I will be booking this same condo next year for golf. Recommend Ocotillo, Dinosaur Canyon, Las Sendas and Camelback which are all within half an hr drive from the condo. Also, we did bike trails (so many to list) and a great hike up the Usury trail (15 minutes from Cond)
