Incredible neighborhood with Fishing, Playgrounds, Walking paths, Boating on 80 Acres of Lakes (North Lake 25 acres, Mid Lake 18.73 acres, South Lake 30.55 acres), 30 Acres of Grass, Basketball Courts, Sand Volleyball, Bocce Ball, Full size exercise track (4 laps = 1 mile) and picnic tables and charcoal grills.  This home sits at the end of a private waterfront site in the rear of a family friendly cul-de-sac of enormous homes. 

WOOF, this home is dog friendly.  Stays of 30 days or more $10 per night.  Shorter term stays dog fee is $25 per night.

Step into a massive entry and gorgeous living room with TV and Pool Table.  The kitchen is right off the living room and family room with eat in kitchen.  The kitchen is fit for a gourmet chef or friends and family. Special touches include warming drawers and shelves, a wine cooler, inside and outside refrigerators and everything you can think of to prepare and serve a meal for inside on the dining table or waterfront outdoors.  Every room in the home takes advantage of this amazing water views with backyard being west facing, the sunsets over the water are amazing.  Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a full bath and just take the grand staircase up to the 2nd level and you will find 4 more bedrooms. Two share a jack and jill bath and the others share the master bath suite.  The Master is large, with a king bed, TV and lounge and fireplace for relaxing in privacy.  Just off the master is a special bedroom for a family environment and both bedrooms lead out to a private lakefront 2nd story deck.  The master spa like bath has a jacuzzi tub, separate walk in shower and double sinks with vanities.  Enjoy your morning coffee en-suite or downstairs in the kitchen with your crew.  Now enjoy the fun filled backyard, with a heated pool and spa overlooking the lake at The Islands.  BBQ outside, dock too.  The yard/pool has child proof fencing for your safety.  Imagine taking a swim in the morning with the waterfall flowing into the tranquil pool and then lounging with a cup of coffee or a special drink. Should you need it there is a large laundry room and super 3 car garage.  This is 4172 square feet of magnificent home for your respectful enjoyment.

SPLASH. This home is equipped with a gas heated pool and pool heating is optional.  The cost for pool heat is $65 per day.  Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round.  

City Code Enforcement:

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. 

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Air Conditioning:  Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.
