This beautiful four bedroom three bath home in Las Sendas is just as beautiful in person as it looks in the pictures. From the gorgeous views over the valley to the sparkling heated pool and spa, this property has everything you are looking for. Step inside the front door and you will quickly notice the gorgeous views of the Arizona valley. The first impression will surely not disappoint as these unobstructed views simply cannot be beaten. The home is equipped with four large bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is equipped with a king bed, a large smart TV, and a bathroom that is best described as a spa. With a beautiful soaking tub, walk in shower, private sinks and a TV, you will love spending time here winding down after a long day. The three other bedrooms are separated from the Primary bedroom due to a split floor plan. Two of the bedrooms feature bunk beds with full size mattresses on the bottom bunks and twin size on the top bunks. The final bedroom offers a queen bed and you will find two full bathrooms down this hallway both equipped with combo shower/tubs. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove/oven and plenty of seating at the breakfast bar and kitchen table. Formal dinners can be hosted in the formal dining room and then venture over to the living room and watch a movie while sitting by the fire. The front of the house has a large office for those working while away from home providing you every space you would need while visiting sunny AZ.

Speaking of sunny, you will spend a lot of time enjoying the heated pool and spa while drooling over the views this property offers day and night. You will be able to enjoy dining outside as well as lounging by the pool soaking up the sun. Although this property has everything, do not forget about what the Las Sendas community has to offer. 

Just outside the gated home community but within Las Sendas there is access to biking and hiking. Other amenities include tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, baseball fields, soccer fields, etc. There are two Olympic size community pools one in which is heated, playgrounds and a Robert Trent Jones II design golf course just around the corner. In addition to the Las Sendas golf course there are seven other golf courses nearby. Sloan Park, the Chicago Cubs Spring Training Facility, is within 15 minutes. The Arizona Diamondbacks Stadium is only 24 miles away. There are four grocery stores within a three mile radius. SPLASH. This home is equipped with a gas heated pool and pool heating is optional.  The cost for pool heat is $65 per day.  Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round.  

City Code Enforcement:

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. 

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Air Conditioning:  Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.
