This home has so much to offer I simply can’t say it all. Sitting on a lake with a real pool of 9 ft. Automation everywhere. Decor is modern and of excellent quality. The outside pool area lighting is of a 5 star hotel. Even misters for those extra hot days. Nothing has been missed for your stay down to the smallest details. A fully stocked kitchen appliance and cookware. Waffle robes to lounge in , WiFi, and 3 flatscreen TV’s. The perfect home for a short weekend getaway or a long term stay !

Where do I start? Our stay in May 2023 exceeded our expectations. The pictures are fantastic but in person it is just amazing. The home is huge! So many little touches that you do not typically get in a rental - real hangers in the closet, night lights and robes to name a few. There was a welcome gift with snacks - again not typical. I always bring my own supplies like garbage bags, soap, shampoo and on. It was nice to have them on hand if we ran out of ours. The home is clean and very, very comfortable. Games for the family and extended cable. The pool was super clean and very well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels. The A/C was perfect on those hot, hot days. We did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed. The outdoor furniture was plenty and comfy. Sitting on the covered patio with a ceiling fan (it was over 100 a few days) watching the birds, ducks and turtles was fun. Very peaceful and safe area with nice homes all around. There is shopping all around anything you could want. AJ's is a very nice grocery store it is a must a stop in the for the sweets and homemade salads they are to die for. Everything was in working order and we had no issues. Alyssa with Elite was fantastic to work with. She responded quickly with any question I had - there were only a couple questions because she was so thorough. The family said next time we go to AZ this is the place, so look no further. I looked at so many rentals on so many sites, I can be very picky this checked off all the boxes. Fantastic and great memories. Thank you!!!!

The pool was wonderful! Love that the backyard opens to lagoon/pond which creates a nice sanctuary feeling for a relaxing stay. A big monsoon blew in one night which was fun to watch from the couch under the patio. it was a lovely stay with a wonderful pool, great location near anything you may need and comfortable home.

House was clean and modern. The pool and outdoor area was great as well. We would definitely stay again!!!

The house was beautiful, spacious and squeaky clean. The home located in a beautiful neighborhood with a lake behind the home. We did not want to leave. We are definitely coming back! ❤️

House was clean and excellently furnished, although we had to place a lot of breakables up above out of Childrens reach. But to be expected, great location to what we were looking for. We had some concerns and handyman called and was awesome with his advice and service. We did feel as though we were being watched. We will be back frequently in the area and look forward to possibly staying again.

We had the most amazing stay. The house was sparkling clean. The rooms were comfortable and welcoming. The pool was warm and our kids had a blast. We loved the dual entrance to the patio from the living room and bedroom. Everything was just perfect and we highly recommend for future travelers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this residence. This was our first time visiting this house--the best features for us were (1) The convenient location to restaurants and shopping, (2) The single level floor plan, and (3) The pool and paved pool area. 

Excellent amenities. Beautiful setup and interior. This home was simply marvelous. Comfortable throughout. A real classy environment. Perfect for entertaining or chilling out. Loved the little details throughout- looks like the owner is a lighting buff. Great little ways to set the tone both inside and in the backyard. This place really is great. VERY clean. Looks like most of the furniture is new too. I walk into rentals with a bit of hesitations at times because many of them can feel.... "used up" lets say. This one just feels like home.

This home is 5 star rating. Excellent amenities. On the lake! A real pool that's heated! Very modern and exceptionally clean! Close to shops, restaurants, and 101 freeway. 10 min to Phoenix and 20 minutes to Scottsdale. A first class act!

We loved this home. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The view in the backyard was very pretty. We will consider staying here again as it's close to our AZ family and we all liked the home very much

This home provides a clean, well-appointed, and spacious environment for families visiting the Phoenix area. The design and lay-out of the home provide plenty of space for privacy as well as many areas to share as a family or group.We had an issue with the water heater and reported it to the management company. The issue did not require the need for immediate resolution. We reported on Christmas Day knowing that resolution would be delayed. The water heater issue was successfully resolved on 26 December.We would consider renting this facility on a future stay in the Phoenix area.

The home we stayed at in Arizona was absolutely beautiful. We could not of asked for a better place to live the week we were visiting. It was equipped with all the essential amenities we needed as if we were still at home. It was very spacious for my family of 6 and it just felt like home. This house made our long drive from a small town south of Dallas so much more comfortable than a hotel stay. Now that my son has started his first year in college, Arizona will be our new home away from home vacation spot. Our family will definitely rent from here again.
