Step inside to an open concept dining, living and kitchen.  The dining room is private and just off the kitchen.  There is a wine fridge, giant walk in pantry and butlers area off the dining room for ease in serving.  The kitchen is equipped with high end appliances, gorgeous granite counters and a massive island and breakfast bar, perfect for entertaining.  The super spacious living room has comfy seating for everyone and has a TV you can see from anywhere in the open concept.  Just off the entrance and living room is an office for working from home or just having a place to set up that laptop.  Down the hall toward the rear of the house and split from the other bedrooms is the Master.  King bed, reading area, tv and so much room to spread out.  Super private with views to the mountains and resort backyard. The master bath has an enormous countertop with double sinks, a walk in shower and closet and a large soaking tub.  There is also a private toilet room.  Down the hall toward the front of the house are three other large bedrooms.  All with walk in closets, queen beds and TV's for a private retreat for all.  There is a large shared bath with double sinks, a tub shower combo and the vanity is separate so everyone can get ready.  A third full bath is located near the butlers area with access to the backyard and has a walk in shower.  There is a full, laundry room and super fast wifi throughout the home.
This backyard oasis so spectacular it is hard to describe.  The immense heated lap pool is the centerpiece of the backyard.  With a raised spa that is large enough to accommodate 8.  To the west there is a firepit area, a luxury loungers for soaking in the Arizona sun.  On the east side of the yard is a pergola with outdoor built in BBQ, an egg BBQ and smoker and is the perfect place to dine alfresco.  Further east is a private putting green designed for hours of enjoyment.  Under-cover as you first step outside is a full outdoor living room and TV so you won't miss any of the action.

Schnepf Farms is located in the beautiful, small town of Queen Creek, Arizona, and is a great place to retreat from the busyness of life. Campers can also look forward to hayrides, tours, onsite parties and flea markets and of course, travelers can expect access to picking from a bounty of local produce. SPLASH. This home is equipped with a gas heated pool and pool heating is optional.  The cost for pool heat is $65 per day.  Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

 

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. 

 

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Air Conditioning:  Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.
