Step inside to this open concept home with the game room, family room, dining room and kitchen.  The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal or get ready for a BBQ outdoors.  Grab a quick meal at the breakfast bar or use it for entertaining.  
The family room is super comfy with a large sectional to catch a movie or favorite sporting event.  Dining for 6 + the breakfast bar will have seating for everyone.  The game room is perfect to mix a cocktail at the bar or enjoy a great game of shuffleboard.  Bedroom four is right off the game room with a queen sofa bed and arcade game for more family fun.  Down the hall you will find a spacious master bedroom complete with king bed, tv and private ensuite bath with a beautiful walk in shower.  Bedroom two and three both have queen beds and tv's and lots of privacy with a shared bath with a tub and shower.  Super fast wifi and a beautiful laundry room are also super features for this home away from home.

The backyard is everything. Super-sized and grassy with a gorgeous and grand sparkling heated pool.  Enjoy yard games, an outdoor living room and dining alfresco for 6.  Use the gas grill for those delicious steaks.  Soak up the sun on the loungers poolside or splash in the pool.  

Location:  This home is conveniently located between Tatum and Greenway just off the 51 Highway.  Minutes from downtown Phoenix, The Cardinals Stadium, Suns Arena, Coyotes Arena, Diamondbacks baseball and easy access to MLB spring training games throughout the Phoenix valley.  Scottsdale is 15 minutes, Tempe just 10.  Phoenix Sky Harbor is only 10 minutes too.  This is the spot to use as a base to explore everything the Phoenix Valley has to offer, or stay in place and enjoy the beautiful Arizona Sunshine.

WOOF!  This home is dog friendly.  A total of one dog will be welcome for $25 per night pet fee or for those guests staying 30+ nights the pet fee is reduced to $10 per night.
 

Elite Weather Pool Heater Guarantee: 

Splash. Thinking of booking November-April?  The weather in Arizona can be quite volatile this time of year.  There may be soaring heats over 100 degrees or temps that can drop below 50 degrees.  This home is equipped with a heat pump, reel and cover.  The heat pump that is responsible for heating the pool is at full efficiency if the weather stays above 50 degrees allowing the pool to get to a comfortable swimming temp of 85 degrees. Rest assured; we are looking out for you.  Should you want the pool heated, please book with that option now.  The pool heat fee is optional, but please let us know if it is your intention to swim.  As your reservation date approaches, we will be in touch should we find the temps heading below 50 degrees (approximately 1 week before arrival) and you can make a final decision if you wish the pool to be heated based on weather conditions. We can refund the pool heat fees should you be concerned about not being able to enjoy this amenity as intended. 

This pool is equipped with a heated pool and pool heating is optional.  The cost for pool heat is $65 per day.  Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round. 

City Code Enforcement:

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. 

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Air Conditioning:  Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.
