Half bath with hand soap, hand towel, and toilet paper provided
Washer/dryer combo - laundry soap is not provided, please bring your own

Keurig and Mr. Coffee standard coffee pot with a starter set of k-cups provided

Back deck includes a firepit, grill (propane - not provided, please bring your own), and seating for four
Detached garage includes an EV Charger - key to the garage is provided with the key to the front door in the lockbox
Two driveways!  Plenty of room to park an RV or up to four vehicles (no on-street parking is allowed)

This home offers the best of northern Arizona - the A-Frame cabin, plenty of parking, an EV charger, and the ideal location to be your basecamp to visit the many sites nearby.... or the ideal spot to hide out, relax and enjoy the solitude and quiet of the Ponderosa Pines.  You will love it here!

Flagstaff is a Dark Sky City (the first, actually!)  "The City of Flagstaff and the northern Arizona region have achieved worldwide recognition for innovative leadership in the protection of dark skies."  Please be conscious of the outdoor lighting you utilize during your stay.  All outdoor lights should be on only while you are outside.  Light pollution is very important in this area - by booking this home, you are agreeing to reduce outdoor lighting during your stay.

Pets welcome with a fee.

This home can experience inclement weather in the winter months.  A guest may need to utilize an all-wheel or front-wheel drive/high clearance vehicle to access the home, depending upon recent snowfall or rainfall.  All efforts possible are provided to ensure homes are easily accessible, but we still recommend that guests purchase travel insurance if there are any worries about experiencing northern Arizona winter weather.
