This 3 bedroom 2 bath offers an outdoor living room and built in BBQ, a sparkling heated pool, an oversized hot tub, a putting green and fire pit.  The 2 master bedrooms feature king size beds, TV's, luxurious linens and spa like en-suite baths.  Enjoy the large walk in closet spaces as well.  The queen guest bedroom offers a retreat with a TV.  There is a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate 2 more of your special guests.  The split floor plan allows all guests to have a place to retreat to at the end of the day while providing an open living space that everyone can enjoy together. The living space offers an oversized TV and is next to a cozy sitting area.  You can enjoy live TV, movies, shows or simply read a book and enjoy your morning coffee. There is a workspace for those who need to do a little work from home.  The updated kitchen is equipped with everything you need to entertain, prepare a meal or get set up for a BBQ.   You can dine inside at the beautiful dining table or venture outside where dining is available alfresco under the copper sky and dazzling lights.

The backyard is the highlight of this property and has been designed to impress.   Relax in the outdoor living space while watching TV and sitting around the fire pit or lounge by the pool and soak in some of the AZ sunshine.  Practice on the putting green before hitting one of the many golf courses Scottsdale has to offer and then jump in the sparking pool or the amazing oversized hot tub that will be the perfect finish to your day.  The pool can be heated during the winter for $65 per day and the backyard can be lit up at night using the string lights allowing you to enjoy the backyard no matter when you plan your visit. WOOF!  This home is dog friendly.  A total of one dog will be welcome for $25 per night pet fee or for those guests staying 30+ nights the pet fee is reduced to $10 per night.

Elite Weather Pool Heater Guarantee: 

Splash. Thinking of booking November-April?  The weather in Arizona can be quite volatile this time of year.  There may be soaring heats over 100 degrees or temps that can drop below 50 degrees.  This home is equipped with a heat pump, reel and cover.  The heat pump that is responsible for heating the pool is at full efficiency if the weather stays above 50 degrees allowing the pool to get to a comfortable swimming temp of 85 degrees. Rest assured; we are looking out for you.  Should you want the pool heated, please book with that option now.  The pool heat fee is optional, but please let us know if it is your intention to swim.  As your reservation date approaches, we will be in touch should we find the temps heading below 50 degrees (approximately 1 week before arrival) and you can make a final decision if you wish the pool to be heated based on weather conditions. We can refund the pool heat fees should you be concerned about not being able to enjoy this amenity as intended. 

This pool is equipped with a heated pool and pool heating is optional.  The cost for pool heat is $65 per day.  Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round.

Per Scottsdale Revised City Code S.R.C. 18-152(b) - Short-term rentals (1-29 days) have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. 

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Air Conditioning:  Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.
