WOOF! This home is dog friendly. A total of one dog will be welcome for $25 per night pet fee or for those guests staying 30+ nights the pet fee is reduced to $10 per night.
SPLASH. This home is equipped with a gas heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $100 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round.
This rental home was absolutely perfect! The location was close to everything, quiet street,and very convenient. There were a total of 12 family members that came in from OR,HI,AK,AZ. It was very spacious we never felt cramped and home was well equipped with everything we needed. We played card games,the weather was nice and most of our meals were outdoor. The pool was clean and kids had a great time. This will be our first choice for place to stay when visiting PHX/Maricopa.
