Pool/Spa heat is included in the price of this rental.  The pool will be heated to 87 degrees throughout your stay Nov 1-March 31.  Additional months have the option of the pool heater being turned on at a rate of $65 per night.  Spa heat is always included.  Please inquire upon booking.

Step inside this gorgeous home away from home.  The entry invites you into the main level living/family room.  Complete with a large TV and views through the picture windows to the oasis of a backyard.  There is a cool game table which is where you can gather for a poker game, a puzzle or family game night.  Just off the main level living room you will find a private office for those that need to do a little work from home.  Large office with a corner desk and sofa for visitors or a quiet reading area and it also has the half bath for easy access.  Just beyond the office is the expansive kitchen.  Nothing has been left out for chef-quality meal prep, storage and counter space.  There is breakfast bar seating for 6. Perfect for entertaining or a quick meal.  Just off the kitchen is a bar for the mixologist in the group and it is positioned perfectly for the grand dining table for 10. Cozy up to the fireplace adjacent to the dining table for ambiance like no other.

Down the hall you will find a full-sized laundry room and the 2nd King Suite.  King bed, lots of closet space and right across from a full bath.  This is an expansive floor plan on the main level for ultimate privacy.  Across the home on the main level you will find the Primary Suite.  The Primary is something to look forward to relaxing in.  The king bed, TV and spa bath will make you feel like you are in a resort.  There is a custom walk in closet with, spa bath, walk-in shower and double sinks.  
Now downstairs, this home just keeps on giving.  There is a full game room with a wet bar, mini-refrigerator and microwave.  Great to store drinks and snacks downstairs.  Play some ping pong, or let your wild side come out trying to shoot baskets.  Catch a game or a movie on the GIANT smartv as you sink into the super comfy sectional.  Board games are available for family fun also.  The basement has 3 more bedrooms.  Another king suite, a queen/murphy bed suite and two queen-over-queen bunk beds!  WOW!  The basement hall bath is large with and has double sinks, and private shower area.  This home is perfect for multi-family sharing.
Let's get outside.  After all, the Arizona sunshine is why you are here after all.  The backyard has a heated sparkling pool and spa.  Under cover there is dining for 8 and a lounge area too. There are 4 loungers poolside to soak up the sun and in the evening you can hang with a drink next to the firepit.  The BBQ is gas and is an outdoor kitchen in itself.  There are grassy areas for play and to let the kids be kids.  You will never want to leave this exceptional Ocotillo Oasis. Super quiet neighborhood with beautiful tress and landscapes.  

Downtown Ocotillo is filled with great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and walking paths along the canals. It’s a great spot for meeting friends or making new ones!
Just outside downtown Ocotillo you can admire the works of public art by local artists while you take a stroll through a century’s worth of architectural hotspots.

Enjoy live performances by the Chandler Symphony Orchestra or partake in the food and cultural festivals. Activities abound, whether it is shopping at the Chandler Fashion Mall, Baseball Spring training, NASCAR, IRONMAN triathlon training, or cruising the 327 miles of bike lanes and paths, there is something for everyone here...and Oh by the way, did we mention the golf?

It is a GOLFERS PARADISE here.   This fantastic resort offers rolling hills and tree-lined fairways that is a great alternative to the typical desert courses in the area. The amenities and facilities are awesome and compare to many of the private clubs in the area. Ocotillo is recognized as one of the finest daily fee facilities in the country and routinely receives 4-star ratings from Golf Digest’s annual guide. It was also voted as one of the “Three Must Play” courses in the area including Troon North and the Boulders...pretty good company!
Welcome to your spectacular poolside paradise retreat!  Chandler and the surrounding area is filled with other world class golf courses as well.  There are at least 5 more within a 10 mile drive.  

Ocotillo is centrally located near youth sports at Sneidinger Park, Intel, The Chandler Mall and Downtown Chandler is just a few moments away as well.  It is an easy 20 minute ride from Sky Harbor Airport.
