Great house, pool and hottub were great. Loved the heat. I struggled with the controls for a minute but staff was able to walk me through it and worked great. Fast responses and excellent customer service.

Overall the villa was really nice inside and outside. Nice pool and spa. Was fully stocked with towels, clean linen... 

My friends and I gathered here for an annual weekend reunion and had the best time! The place was super clean, well-appointed and the backyard was perfect for lounging by the pool during the day and fireplace at night. The location was perfect and easily accessible to the Kierland Commons for shopping and restaurants! We highly recommend it!

we had a wonderful stay @ Eugie Terrace. The home was everything we expected and more. The kitchen includes a little bit of everything we needed. The backyard is everything though ! 5 stars!!

Our stay was wonderful. The pool was amazing during a record temperature week. The property was clean and neat. It is centrally located within 30 minutes of premium golf courses, shopping and restaurants. I would recommend considering during your stay in Scottsdale.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. We were able to enjoy the pool or hot tub any time of the day or night in late December. It was the perfect place for a winter getaway in AZ!

The house is well organized, beautiful and in a wonderful neighborhood. Our family enjoyed the house so much we are already looking forward to returning to Scottsdale. The pool and hot tub were a great treat for our family getaway.

An excellent vacation stay everything was nice and comfortable and clean

The house was in outstanding condition and the pool was great. The neighborhood is in transition with older homes not having recent renovations done to them but others have been fully renovated. We would recommend this house to others with the understanding that the neighborhood isn't the most upscale in the Scottsdale area. It was safe and very quiet.

Very nice and clean. Wish we could turn on the jets in the tube. And turn off the water streams in the pool sometimes. But overall fantastic place to stay.

This home has been nicely upgraded and had all the necessary amenities to make our stay there enjoyable. The backyard was huge and the pool was amazing. I'd definitely stay here again.

This house is very unique, love the modern look, the pool was so much fun, having the hot tub attached is very cool. The house is in a great location to get to where ever you need to go, close to lots of great places to eat and shop. would highly suggest this to anyone wanting a great get a way.

The location was 15 mins or less from a ton of great restaurants and shopping areas. However, the backyard pool and patio area were the what made this place worthy of the excellent rating. Pool, hot tub, fire pit, and a putting green made it hard to leave the house. Highly recommend this home!
