The whole process went smoothly. The pool heat was on when we arrived and all check in information was delivered in a timely manner. Check out was smooth also. It was helpful to have the requirements sent to my phone. Only minor things came up at the house which did not impact our stay; for example - how to turn on outside lights (which we mostly figured out) and what day the garbage needed to go out.

Our family had a terrific day at this house. It had all the space and supplies we needed. We enjoyed having a few easy meals “at home.” The pool in the backyard was our favorite part. We spent most of our time out there. Being able to put our car in a garage helped keep it cool in the hundred degree temperatures. I also really liked that they had a recycle boom. A great place to stay. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

We rented this house for spring break for the family and we could not have been happier. The house was clean, tvs with all the channels and streaming services, the pool was fantastic. Perfect place for a family to relax and enjoy all that Phoenix has to offer. The neighborhood is quiet with a small park only a few blocks away.

The house was perfect. Hope to stay here again on my next trip to Phoenix.

The pool was incredible for a young family from Minnesota looking to spend time outside together. It's heated to an incredible 88 degrees!! Almost feels like bath water. My 2, 5, and 9 year old were in it before the sun was up and after it went down. The unit has everything you need. Really comfortable master bed. Minor issues were handled quickly by management even though it was a holiday weekend. 

The home is beautiful. The pool is beautiful. The area is quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our little retreat here. Perfect for R&R. Concierge service is great. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

This home in beautiful and the pool is spectacular for a refreshing dip or lounging in serenity. The house had everything we needed and all appliances were very easy to figure out. The neighborhood was very friendly and the location was central to all things Phoenix, Scottsdale and the mountains. I would highly recommend this rental that felt like home...

This home was just what my family needed. It was comfortable, spacious, and fully stocked with all of the amenities of home…The pool was an added bonus! Thank you for your hospitality!!

We loved this rental and can't wait to visit again next year. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We received a small basket of supplies upon our arrival - tissues, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, snacks, batteries and other welcome goodies. We spent most of our 4 day weekend on the patio soaking in the wonderful weather and swimming. The outdoor space is fantastic. The beds were comfortable enough, a little hard but not really anything to complain about.

This home was not only affordable, it was clean, nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable!!! Love the outdoor area and pool. Will definitely stay again!

House was great. The layout of house was perfect, backyard was great to hand out in. Very responsive mgmt company. 

The house was as described! Linens were new, the pool was clean and plenty of space for the 6 adults in our party. We will certainly look to book again when we come back to Phoenix.
