Splash!!! This pool is heated between October 15th and April 15th to 87 degrees and a $65 daily pool heat fee has been added to your reservation so you can enjoy this amenity. This fee is mandatory and is automatically included in your quote when booking during this time of year. Spas and Hot Tubs are no additional fee as they are included year round for no extra cost. The pools cannot be heated April 16th through October 14th without prior approval from management.

WOOF!  This home is dog friendly.  A total of one dog will be welcome for $25 per night pet fee or for those guests staying 30+ nights the pet fee is reduced to $10 per night.

Nestled beneath shade trees, benches line the perimeter of the playgrounds, providing a beautiful place to supervise children at play. Little ones will enjoy hours of play on one of our four tot lots, scattered throughout the Seville community. The parks' expanses of grassy, open areas are perfect for playing catch or soccer. Whether you are having a picnic or playing frisbee, the parks are a wonderful place for neighbors to get together and enjoy our pleasant Arizona weather in a great community.

The Seville Golf and Country Club in the heart of the Seville community has many wonderful amenities for those who choose to purchase memberships to the country club. This is an extra fee and does not come with the vacation rental.
