Thinking of booking October 15-April 15? The weather in Arizona can be quite volatile this time of year. There may be soaring heats over 100 degrees or temps that can drop below 50 degrees. This home is equipped with a heat pump, reel and cover. The heat pump that is responsible for heating the pool is at full efficiency if the weather stays above 50 degrees allowing the pool to get to a comfortable swimming temp of 85 degrees. Should you want the pool heated, please book with that option now. As your reservation date approaches, should you find the temps heading below 50 degrees you can make a final decision if you wish the pool to be heated based on weather conditions. We can refund the pool heat fees should you be concerned about not being able to enjoy this amenity as intended.

As a dedicated Marriott loyalist, I initially found the house we were interested in through Marriott's platform. However, when I discovered the same property available directly through Elite Vacation Rentals at a significantly better rate, I decided to give them a try—and I am so glad I did!From the very beginning, the booking process was seamless. The team at Elite Vacation Rentals provided outstanding support, guiding us through every step with professionalism and genuine care. Communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful, making us feel confident and well-supported throughout the entire experience.The property itself was everything we had hoped for—beautiful, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I have 3 old buddies that I’ve known for 45 years, and we try to get together every year or so for a long weekend. Although we all went to high school together, we all now live in different parts of the country, so we try to meet in a neutral location. This year we selected this wonderful home in Chandler to kickback and reconnect with guys who are like brothers to one another. We were all very impressed with the home and it exceeded our expectations! Not only was it spacious and well-appointed, but it offered the right balance of indoor and outdoor amenities. The management co. was great to work with, and for families with young kids the home would make for a great retreat as well! Don’t hesitate to grab this rental for your stay in the Phoenix area; you won’t be disappointed.
My family enjoyed an amazing spring break at this home. There was space and activities for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and the large spa. The gas outdoor fire pit was perfect for leisurely conversation into the night, and the kids made good use of the basketball court each day. It was well stocked and had everything we needed for a fantastic retreat.
