Step inside through the courtyard entrance and enter the open concept home with windows looking out to the oasis of a backyard. The entry is impressive in itself, with a game table and room to the left.  Play some foosball or put together a favorite puzzle or gather around for a card game.  The great room is just ahead with a super comfy sectional, fireplace and is perfect for everyone to enjoy the large Smart tv.  The dining room seats 8 comfortably and is located beside the massive gourmet kitchen with everything that you could imagine for meal prep.  The kitchen has a giant pantry for storage.  The east side of the house is home to the Master bedroom with a walk in closet, double sinks, a tub and walk in shower.  Super luxurious and spa like.  Split from the Master are  3 more bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds or we can make this into a king and a TV if you like and shares an en-suite bath with bedroom 3 that has a queen bed and TV. Bedroom 4 also has a queen bed and tv.

There is a full sized laundry room, super fast wifi and a three car garage at this beauty.
Step outside and be amazed.  Enormous backyard with a safety gate for a little ones protection. Dining, gas BBQ, a putting green and a fire pit for enjoying the Arizona weather.  Now the showstopper, a gorgeous sparkling pool with a grotto and slide. No pets.  Hurry, this will not last.

Downtown Gilbert is known by the locals as the Heritage District. It is now a collection over 30 restaurants in a fun and vibrant space, adding some of the top restaurants in the metro Phoenix food scene to the best of Gilbert’s locally grown creations.
The district features the Hale Centre Theatre with Broadway shows and active weekend markets, including the popular Gilbert Farmers Market. You’ll find a family-friendly environment, a vibrant nightlife, and a plethora of pet-friendly restaurant options with ample patio space. And when you want to explore using pedal power, Gilbert’s 135-mile trail system connects the Heritage District to parks and attractions throughout town.

Elite Weather Pool Heater Guarantee: 
Splash. Thinking of booking November-April?  The weather in Arizona can be quite volatile this time of year.  There may be soaring heats over 100 degrees or temps that can drop below 50 degrees.  This home is equipped with a heat pump, reel and cover.  The heat pump that is responsible for heating the pool is at full efficiency if the weather stays above 50 degrees allowing the pool to get to a comfortable swimming temp of 85 degrees. Rest assured; we are looking out for you.  Should you want the pool heated, please book with that option now.  The pool heat fee is optional, but please let us know if it is your intention to swim.  As your reservation date approaches, we will be in touch should we find the temps heading below 50 degrees (approximately 1 week before arrival) and you can make a final decision if you wish the pool to be heated based on weather conditions. We can refund the pool heat fees should you be concerned about not being able to enjoy this amenity as intended. 

This pool is equipped with a heated pool and pool heating is optional.  The cost for pool heat is $65 per day.  Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round. 

City Code Enforcement:
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Accidental Damage Protection: 
A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. 

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Air Conditioning:  
Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.
