Single level home: 3 bd/3 ba, spacious & bright kitchen, living room w/fireplace, large family room with wet bar and fireplace, a gorgeous pool-scape with 6 comfy lounge chairs, spa, sport (basketball) court, a huge covered patio area with: BBQ, table for 6, couch, swivel chairs, sun shades, hi top table for 4 w/views, etc.

The epic pool-scape includes a private, elevated, tranquil escape with 6 lounge chairs, 2 rocking chairs, sun umbrella, spa, huge pool and a half basketball court... all with views of the surrounding mountains. The living room has a very comfortable leather couch, 75" TV, fireplace, arched windows & sliding door to patio.
The primary bedroom has a 55" TV, adjustable king size bed, huge bathroom with separate jetted tub, shower, double sink vanity, makeup table with many cabinets & drawers & a huge walk-in closet --  plus a sliding glass door to the back patio. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, 55" TV and an ample closet. The 3rd bedroom has a full size bed, dresser and closet. The 2nd & 3rd bedroom share a double vanity bathroom with bathtub/shower. The large eat-in kitchen includes a double oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric range, Keurig coffee machine, drip coffee maker, Ninja blender, air popcorn popper, etc. A separate dining room has a round table for 6 and a built-in buffet. The 3rd bathroom with shower is also the laundry room and has a door to the back patio and pool area. The front loading laundry machines are Whirlpool brand. The family/party room has a sofa-bed, 2 swivel chairs, leather electric-recliner, fireplace, wet bar with 4 leather-backed stools, piano and sliding door to back patio.
The covered patio features a propane BBQ, hi-top table for 4 with mountain views,  large table for 6 and sunshades. The uncovered area has a sitting area with couch, 2 swivel chairs and a coffee table.

The outdoor spa (hot tub) can be heated at no additional charge, by request... with at least 48 hour advance notice. The spa-jets control-timer is located on the wall by the south-west corner of the pool. Please use a maximum of 15 minute intervals.

The other details.
SPLASH. This home is equipped with a heated pool and pool heating is optional.  The cost for pool heat is $65 per day.  Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round.  
City Code Enforcement:
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. 
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
Air Conditioning:  Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.
