This home is located on the heart of Scottsdale. As you enter on the main level you will find a super comfy living room and dining room combo. Cuddle up for a movie or sporting event with seating for everyone. The dining room seats 8 comfortably and the table can be used for games, puzzles and family fun. The stylish kitchen is right off the dining room with absolutely everything you could need to make a fabulous meal or prep for an outdoor BBQ. Your home away from home is set up for multi family living with a full downstairs, with bedrooms, a separate living room with fireplace and an office for those that may need to do a little work while on the road. The primary suite is upstairs with a king bed, TV and spa bath. Separate sinks, a walk in closet and walk in shower and soaker tub are highlights of this large primary bath. There is also a hall bath with a tub and shower combo upstairs. Downstairs from the main level are 2 queen private bedrooms and a hall bath. The downstairs living room has a large TV, cozy fireplace and office. There is a full sized laundry room, super fast wifi and access to a 2 car garage.

As you step outside you will be greeted by an enormous backyard with a glorious heated pool. Swim year round and enjoy the spectacular AZ sunshine. Loungers are available as well as outdoor dining and a gas grill. The grassy yard is perfect for everyone to play a game or cornhole or croquet.

WOOF! This home is dog friendly. A total of one dog will be welcome for $25 per night pet fee or for those guests staying 30+ nights the pet fee is reduced to $10 per night.

Elite Weather Pool Heater Guarantee: 

Splash. Thinking of booking November-April?  The weather in Arizona can be quite volatile this time of year.  There may be soaring heats over 100 degrees or temps that can drop below 50 degrees.  This home is equipped with a heat pump, reel and cover.  The heat pump that is responsible for heating the pool is at full efficiency if the weather stays above 50 degrees allowing the pool to get to a comfortable swimming temp of 85 degrees. Rest assured; we are looking out for you.  Should you want the pool heated, please book with that option now.  The pool heat fee is optional, but please let us know if it is your intention to swim.  As your reservation date approaches, we will be in touch should we find the temps heading below 50 degrees (approximately 1 week before arrival) and you can make a final decision if you wish the pool to be heated based on weather conditions. We can refund the pool heat fees should you be concerned about not being able to enjoy this amenity as intended. 

This pool is equipped with a heated pool and pool heating is optional.  The cost for pool heat is $65 per day.  Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round.

Per Scottsdale Revised City Code S.R.C. 18-152(b) - Short-term rentals (1-29 days) have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. 

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Air Conditioning:  Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.
