Pool/Spa heat is included in the price of this rental. The pool will be heated to 87 degrees throughout your stay Nov 1-March 31. Additional months have the option of the pool heater being turned on at a rate of $65 per night. Spa heat is always included. Please inquire upon booking.

This home has something for everyone literally. So close to everything the Phoenix Area has to offer. Step inside to a contemporary home with recent updates throughout. You will be welcomed to a family room with plenty of cozy seating for everyone anchored by a massive TV to catch a movie. The sofa opens into a bed for extra sleeping accommodations. Down the hall you will find the 4 bedrooms. The Primary bedroom is in the rear of the home with a spa like bath attached. It has a king bed with luxurious linens and a super sized TV. The office open bedroom is next door with a twin bed and TV and bedrooms 2 and 3 both have queen beds, TV's and are super homey.
Now for the glorious outdoors. This backyard oasis will be sure to help you make beautiful memories. The heated and chilled pool will allow for year round fun. There is an outdoor living room with TV, and an outdoor kitchen with built in BBQ and another TV so you will not have to miss any of the action. Grassy area, yard games, and an open area to the west make your sunset views totally unobstructed. Home also features super fast wifi, a two car garage and full sized indoor laundry room. WOOF! This home is dog friendly. A total of one dog will be welcome for $25 per night pet fee or for those guests staying 30+ nights the pet fee is reduced to $10 per night.
Goodyear! This up and coming city is only 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix. It is filled with shopping, restaurants, the Goodyear MLB Spring Training Stadium for the Cleveland Guardians and the Cincinnati Reds. It is also close to Glendale where the Arizona Cardinals play.
