We stayed in July, and the temps were very hot, so we didn't spend a lot of time outside, BUT! The house is very comfortable and in a great location! The beds (Master and back bedroom) were very comfortable, with lots of space between, which made it nice and private. The kitchen was well equipped, and the big TV in the living room was great! With the Loop 101 being so close, it's a great jumping off spot to go pretty much wherever! We can recommend Rick Bronson's Comedy (about 15-20 minutes) and Hula's Modern Tiki restaurant, on High Street. Sedona is also a MUST SEE!! Old Town Scottsdale is 5-10 minutes away, with lots of shopping and restaurants, and we even bought some cowboy hats - after lunch and drinks at Montauk. So much we need to come back and do, we'll definitely stay here again!

This rental was beautifully furnished and very well stocked as far as linens, towels, dishes, etc. Of the four TVs in the unit, only two were working (the living room and the bedroom right off of the living room worked but the master bedroom and the back bedroom TVs would not connect) but it was only me staying there and I happened to sleep in the bedroom that had the working TV so this did not bother me at all. I would definitely stay at this rental again and I would HIGHLY recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. IN fact, we are hoping to book this rental for our next trip to Phoenix. This beats a hotel stay hands down, anytime. Thank you!!
A great house in a great location. Came in for a friend's wedding in Scottsdale and this was a great place to base out of. Old Town Scottsdale was so close (5 minutes)! Lot's of nightlife, restaurants, and shopping. One day the guys spent a few hours at Top Golf & Talking Stick casino which are 6 - 7 minutes up Loop 101. The house itself was great. It had TV's in all 3 bedrooms and a huge one in the living area. Obviously, in August, did not use the fireplace but, it would be nice in Winter. Ditto on the outdoor fire pit. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. We didn't cook a lot but did use the gas grill on the covered back patio which was nice at night with the strings of Edison lights and artificial grass yard. Would definitely rent this again.........maybe during Spring baseball training as I saw the Diamondbacks/Rockies training facility near Top Golf.
