Pool/Spa heat is included in the price of this rental. The pool will be heated to 87 degrees throughout your stay Nov 1-March 31. Additional months have the option of the pool heater being turned on at a rate of $65 per night. Spa heat is always included. Please inquire upon booking.
This stylish 3 bedroom 2 bath pool home has has been recently updated and is a perfect home away from home. Corner lot with a gorgeous east facing backyard. Enter through the welcoming front door to two queen bedrooms split by a full bath. The laundry and the garage entrance are on your left and then the master bedroom entrance overlooking the rear of the home. The master bedroom has it all, an ultra comfortable king bed, large tv, workspace desk and master bath. The spa like master bath has double sinks, a garden tub, walk in shower and walk in closet.
Just outside the master is the open concept great room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has everything you would every need, a large island and breakfast bar, perfect for entertaining or hanging out while the kitchen is in action. The countertops are quartz and the appliances are stainless steel.
The dining room easily accommodates 6 with a warm and elegant style. The great room has a massive sectional sofa and movie sized television for the whole family. Just off the great room you and enjoy the covered patio and grill. Again seating for 6 al fresco. Views from every room of the sparking pool. Swim, sunbath and just enjoy the Arizona sun. In the evening enjoy a glass of wine by the fire pit and a late night dip. There is a 2 car garage, super fast wifi, streaming Hululive TV and an indoor laundry room.

The Seville Golf and Country Club in the heart of the Seville community has many wonderful amenities for those who choose to purchase memberships to the country club. This is an extra fee and does not come with the vacation rental.
