About

Special in Every Way!  This almost new home shows like a model home and lives like a comfy spot for you and the family.  Enjoy the north east area of Mesa, so close to hiking, shopping, sporting events and everything the Metro Phoenix area has to offer.  You will know it going to be a perfect stay from the moment you pull into the garage from the pavered driveway.  Come up to the front door as you pass the quaint porch swing.  Enter into a modern home with lovely entry.  Bedrooms 2 and 3 are in the front and center of the home and have ample closets.  The master is split from the other bedrooms and is in the rear of the home.  Light and bright the master will have you sleeping the night away in a super comfy king bed with a TV for you to enjoy a movie in bed.  The spa like bath has a large walk in closet, walk in shower, garden tub and a massive double sink vanity.  Just outside the master is the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen combination.  A soothing palate will bring a relaxed vibe for you and the family on the sectional sofa facing a large TV.  The dining room comfortably seats 6 and is in a sunny space of its own.  The kitchen has everything you will need to stay a while and a gorgeous breakfast bar too for extra seating or can be used as a place to set up your laptop.  Entertain family or friends or prepare a meal or get ready for an outdoor BBQ.
The entire back of the house looks onto a spectacular south facing backyard.  We have a fire pit, perfect for an evening glass of wine, dine alfresco for 6, play some lawn games all set up for you on the grassy always green turf.  The backyard is as special as the house.
Perfect for relocation, waiting on a new build or just an extended home away from home. 2 cars garage, full sized laundry room, soft water, RO water system and super fast wifi.  Book today, we can't wait to meet you.

About Mesa!
Look forward to cultivating and celebrating creativity, filling your closet, and soaking up the sun in Arizona's third-largest city.
In Mesa our bountiful harvest is one that we proudly share with our visitors throughout the year. Here, fresh experiences and a treasured heritage of family farms and long-standing festivals combine to create the Fresh Foodie Trail®. Serving as the culinary gateway to Greater Phoenix, the neighboring farms and Agritourism attractions in and around Mesa provide a continuous bounty of seasonal goods for visitors to enjoy. These popular foodie-driven experiences keep visitors coming back for more and can only be found in City Limitless®. Download the Arizona Agritourism Guide to see the stops along the trail and plan your tour now.
Mesa, Arizona is neighbors to the Tonto National Forest and visitors to this desert oasis take advantage of being incredibly close to one of the nation's largest playgrounds. Tonto is the fifth largest forest in the United States and one of the most-visited forests in the country. There are three lakes and two rivers in Mesa that allow for desert boating, paddle boarding, kayaking and water skiing. Head to the Outdoor Exploration itinerary and Adventure Explorer Desert Guide to learn about the new interactive Geo Tagging experience, where visitors can collect stickers that honor their quest throughout Mesa's Sonoran Desert trails.
Art is big here: The Mesa Arts Center is the largest arts and entertainment park in the Southwest, with four theaters, galleries, exhibition rooms, and classrooms that encourage creativity. Wander downtown's streets to see more than 200 public art sculptures as well as a number of local restaurants and shops. Bikers rumble through downtown the first Friday night of every month for Motorcycles on Main, and pedestrians browse the shops the next week during the monthly Second Fridays event. Don't miss downtown's museums: the kid-friendly Arizona Museum of Natural History and i.d.e.a. Museum, and the Mesa Historical Museum.
During Cactus League Spring Training, the Oakland fans head to Hohokam Stadium, while Chicago fans fill Sloan Park. Year round, swipe on some sunscreen and relax on a riverboat cruise through the canyons of the Salt River, hop on a hot air balloon, and hike through the Superstition Mountains as you ponder where the Lost Dutchman Gold Mine is—that is if it existed at all.
