This awesome home is freshly painted and updated. It is one comfy accommodation with a fun game/poker room too. Pet friendly.
Step inside to this spacious home.  As you enter you will enjoy the large game room complete with a poker take and lots of fun family games.  The game room lounge has theatre seating with a great TV for catching a game while enjoying some drinks.  Continue through the home and you will find a spacious kitchen with the open concept family room and dining room.  Everything you can imagine has been set up for you in the kitchen so preparing meal or BBQ is a breeze.  There is a breakfast bar for a quick meal or socializing, and the dining table seats 6 comfortably.  The super sized comfy sectional will have you in the perfect spot in front of the fireplace and TV.  Outside is the slider that leads to the covered patio and outdoor dining for 6.  Grill the night away and enjoy a night under the stars in the private backyard.
Down the hall you will find 3 spacious bedrooms.  Bedroom 2 and 3 feature queen sized beds and ample closet space.  There is a shared hall bath with a tub/shower combo.  The primary suite has double sinks and a soaking tub and walk in shower.  In addition there is a walk in closet and TV. 
Enjoy the inside laundry room and super fast wifi.  TV's all are smart so streaming with your favorite apps is a breeze.
This home has a community pool,, tennis and clubhouse.

WOOF!  This home is dog friendly.  A total of one dog will be welcome for $25 per night pet fee or for those guests staying 30+ nights the pet fee is reduced to $10 per night.
