About

Enjoy this adorable cabin tucked into the quiet pines - and keep an eye out for the deer and elk that wander the neighborhood!  This cabin has everything you need to escape the heat, enjoy the autumn colors, or escape the world and breathe in some fresh mountain air.  The home can host a group of up to four.  The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with access to the deck and backyard.  The second bedroom has a full size bed and has access to a hallway bathroom.  The living room has a couch for lounging or napping.  The fully stocked kitchen has dishes, pots, pans, a Keurig and standard coffee maker, etc.

This home cannot be beaten when it comes to indoor and outdoor living!  The large backyard deck provides plenty of space to enjoy the many pines on the property and overlooks a fenced backyard for your favorite pooch to join you.  Up to two dogs are welcome, but no cats, please.  The home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood within a short distance of a nearby grocery store and all of the fun main street activities such as antiquing, ice cream shops, and more.  Within minutes of some great local restaurants and just 15 minutes to the Tonto Natural Bridge, you will always have something fun to do nearby.  The home is thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly clean and the attention to detail and pride of ownership are apparent from the first moment you walk in the door.  Enjoy your getaway to Pine!

The wifi, heat/AC, large deck, BBQ grill, pet kennel, and Roku in the living room make your stay comfortable and relaxing.  The driveway is steep, so vehicles are limited to 2 and if it snows, you will need a four-wheel-drive vehicle.  Tucked into a quiet neighborhood, this home offers breathtaking views of the night skies, frequent wildlife sightings, and will quickly become your favorite weekend getaway location.

Pine, Arizona is a popular weekend getaway place for the desert-dwellers that escape the summer heat from the Phoenix and Scottsdale area. The town sits at an elevation of about 6,000 feet which means meadows of springtime wildflowers, cool refreshing summer temperatures, brilliant autumn colors, an abundance of wildlife, and tranquility. Pine shares the pristine scenic beauty of the Mogollon Rim Country with its sister towns of Payson and Strawberry, Arizona. The Rim Country boasts the largest stand of Ponderosa Pine forests in the world.

There is an aura of history here. The area of Pine was once home to large numbers of Native Americans like the Tonto Apaches and the Yavapai. An increased presence of soldiers in the area during the 1860s, unfortunately, forced the Tribes to migrate to other locations. The area eventually was resettled by Mormon settlers beginning in about 1875.  The gold discovery became a magnet to new settlers that embodied the pioneering spirit that is still evident in Pine's rustic atmosphere.

Enjoy the many activities in the area.  Hiking, fishing, antiquing, enjoying some amazing restaurants, and visiting the Tonto Natural Bridge are all popular ways to enjoy the area.
