Beautiful windows allow plenty of sunshine to brighten up the space, and there is even a dedicated workspace in the living room.

Moving down the hall, you'll find two split bedrooms with a shared bath between them. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ample closet space to secure your belongings, while the second bedroom offers two XL Twin beds that can easily be converted into a king bed if needed. The bathroom showcases a gorgeous walk-in shower. Additionally, the home provides an indoor laundry room and super-fast wifi for your convenience.

There is also a dedicated workspace for those who need to work from home.

There is no garage at this home, but 2 dedicated parking spaces and plenty of street parking.  

WOOF!  This home is dog friendly.  A total of one dog will be welcome for $25 per night pet fee or for those guests staying 30+ nights the pet fee is reduced to $10 per night.

Located in midtown Phoenix, the Coronado neighborhood (often referred to as Greater Coronado) covers over 1-3/4 square miles (just under 1200 acres) and includes around 4,000 households. Three historic districts – Brentwood, Coronado and Country Club Park – make up much of the neighborhood. Hundreds of small businesses thrive on our periphery.  Walk to restaurants, bars and shopping.
The western side of Coronado was constructed largely between 1920 and 1930 and reflects the California Bungalow and Spanish Colonial Revival building styles; the northern side is predominantly ranch styles common of the 1940’s. Throughout the neighborhood you will find the occasional contemporary infill home. Much of our neighborhood falls within the Phoenix Historic Preservation zoning guidelines.
The Coronado neighborhood is centrally located and has direct access to major freeways, is within close proximity of the Phoenix downtown & central corridor, the “arts district”, the light rail line, and three major hospitals.
