Pool/Spa heat is included in the price of this rental.  The pool will be heated to 87 degrees throughout your stay Nov 1-March 31.  Additional months have the option of the pool heater being turned on at a rate of $65 per night.  Spa heat is always included.  Please inquire upon booking. 

Fantastic Find in Mesa, right at Red Mountain.  Pool Heat included with this rental. Dog Friendly! Sleeps 10 comfortably in 5 Bedroom 3 bath 3622 Sq Feet.  Super private neighborhood with enormous 4 car garage and expansive driveway,  This home is on a corner lot and right beside a neighborhood play area.  Lots of open space.  Convenient to the 202 freeway which will get you all around the metro phoenix area. Step inside the courtyard with soothing fountain and you will be amazed.  The great room is before you with a large seating and reclining area, large tv and fireplace.  The details in this home will amaze you with stone, crown molding special cabinetry and more.  To the left of the living room is a very special sitting room with a firefighter theme.  Into the kitchen through the swinging doors you will find the massive kitchen with a large walk in pantry filled with everything and anything you could ever need to prepare a meal, dine in, make a treat or get ready for a BBQ.  There is an island and a breakfast bar which make it perfect for entertaining family and friends.  The dining room is in the round and seats 8 comfortably.  This is a split bedroom home, on the south side of the home is a massive master bedroom with fireplace, king bed and tv.  Walk out to the backyard from the master as well.  The master bath has a soaker spa tub, separate double sinks, a shower with jets from head to toe and a walk in closet.  On the west side of the home you will find a private bedroom with a full bed and tv and a queen murphy bed that also can double as an office.  The bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub and shower combo.  The north side of the home has 2 more bedrooms, both queens and with TV's and they share a full bath with walk in closet and easy access to the backyard fun.

Step put out to the covered patio and catch a game on the large TV, or dine alfresco for 8.  The built in BBQ is ready for grilling some steaks.  Take a swim night or day in the large lap pool with fire features and waterfalls.  Play water games, or just get some rays and you soak in the sunny Arizona weather. After dinner retreat to one of two firepit areas.  The gas fire pit in the center of the yard or and wood burning fireplace at the far sound end of the yard.  If you like you can play some cornhole/bocce in the center of the yard in specially designed play area.  This home has it all.  You will never have to leave, but if you decide to venture out, there are trails for biking and hiking all around a variety of golf courses and easy access to everything.  

Super fast wifi, 4 car garage, water softener, outdoor shower and large laundry room are also features of this luxury mesa home. Dog fee is $25 per dog per night less than 28 nights.  28 nights or more $10 per night per dog.  2 dogs maximum.
