Pool/Spa heat is included in the price of this rental. The pool will be heated to 87 degrees throughout your stay Nov 1-March 31. Additional months have the option of the pool heater being turned on at a rate of $65 per night. Spa heat is always included. Please inquire upon booking.

An elegantly appointed bedroom with a king sized bed and luxurious linens as well as a TV for private viewing. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a office too for those that need to work from home. Bedroom 3 also has a queen bed. The hall bath with a tub and shower is right next to the bedrooms. The house comes complete with super fast wifi and a full sized laundry room.
The backyard is where its at. Enjoy the covered patio, and BBQ with dining for 6 alfresco. There is one acre of land in this yard and a grassy area for yard games. The pool is just steps away from the house for your enjoyment. Get some some of that amazing AZ sunshine, use the swim up table for a pool drink or snack. Heated Pool.
This home comes will a full sized RV parking area a 220 hook up and water too. WOW.
WOOF! This home is dog friendly. A total of one dog will be welcome for $25 per night pet fee or for those guests staying 30+ nights the pet fee is reduced to $10 per night
